We deal with SBS on a weekly basis for both fence and toilet hire and use their services for all of our sites. Needed a tem toilet bcos of bathroom renovation. The only SBS was able to lift the toilet over the fence. Didn’t have any issue with delivery and servicing. Great customer service.

I hired some pool panel fencing in November whilst we are renovating. The gentleman that I spoke to over the phone initially, organised delivery which came promptly on the agreed date. Later I called last week & spoke with “Bay” to organise for collection. She very kindly waived the additional few days that I had the fence beyond the agreed time which I thought was a kind gesture. I then communicated with Bay again, she was so helpful and was happy to change the collection date. Her positive and quick response was a such a refreshing change and one that I find is amiss in many service organisations. Whilst I am sure you could say Bay was just doing her job but I would suggest that she was going beyond and offering exemplary service . I know I will be referring my friends in the Building Industry to SBS Fencing!

I hired pool panels for 2 months whilst we were renovating . They Arrived on time, were good value and Bay was so helpful when I had to change date of them being collected due to a an issue in our deck that had to be pulled up and redone. She was very responsive and provided great customer service – nothing was a problem ! I am located in Wahroonga so I would definitely recommend this company even if you’re nowhere near them!!
